FAQs
Is this event exclusive to Third Space members and can I bring a friend?
Yes, your partner or friend is welcome to join the retreat even if they’re not a Third Space member. However, the lead booker must be a Third Space member. Fritton Lake is a private 1,000 acre estate and there will be other guests there during the retreat.
Is there a single supplement?
The price per person is £1,350 and there is a single supplement of +£400 for a private room.
What are check-in and check out times?
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10am on the departure day.
Are trains included in the package?
No, the train is not included in the retreat package, however we will provide recommended trains to book.
Which train station shall I come into?
We recommend coming into Norwich Train Station where scheduled transfers will be arranged.
Is the transfer to Fritton Lake included?
Yes, train station transfers will be available and included at set times on both arrival and departure days. If you’re unable to join the scheduled transfers, please let us know in advance and we can arrange an alternative for you, for an additional fee.
Can I extend my stay at Fritton Lake after the retreat?
Yes, please email info@wildernessretreats.co.uk to discuss availability.
What spa facilities and treatments does Fritton Lake have?
Fritton Lake offers a 22m outdoor heated pool alongside a gym and massage treatment rooms. More details can be found here.
Would I have to take part in all the workouts?
Participation in all workouts isn’t mandatory, but we encourage you to join the variety of daily sessions to get the most out of your retreat experience.
Are meals included?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner across the entire retreat duration is included.
Are drinks included?
Tea, coffee and water are all included for the length of your stay. Any other drinks will be an additional cost on site.
Can you accommodate my dietary needs?
Yes. We collect these on booking and will contact you to confirm if you have specific dietary requirements.
Is the retreat dog-friendly?
Unfortunately, dogs and pets are not permitted on this retreat.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a place on this retreat attendees are agreeing to:
– The prevailing Third Space membership terms and conditions, where applicable.
– The Wilderness Retreats terms and conditions which can be found here.
– Sign the Third Space health waiver, found here.
– Sharing their details with both Third Space, Wilderness Retreats and Fritton Lake. These details will not be used for any purpose not related to the retreat.
– All purchases are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The Wilderness Retreats cancellation policy does not apply to this event.
What should I do if I have any questions before or during the stay?

Do you take security deposits?
A small hold will be required on a card for incidentals at check-in.
